On the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Islamic Republic of Iran on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil and Criminal Matters dated October 6, 1999

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2017 No. 461

   In accordance with Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I DECREE: 1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify the Iranian side of the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Islamic Republic of Iran on Legal Assistance and Legal Relations in Civil and Criminal Matters, in Tehran on October 6, 1999.      2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
