On the identification of authorized competent authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan responsible for the implementation of the Protocol on Cooperation of the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on Countering Criminal Activity in the information Sphere

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 6, 2017 No. 474

In accordance with article 4 of the Protocol on Cooperation between the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on Countering Criminal Activity in the Information Sphere, committed in Moscow on December 23, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol), I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To designate the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the authorized competent authorities responsible for the implementation of the Protocol.

     2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the decision taken.

     3. This Decree comes into effect from the date of signing.
