On the extension of the state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 29, 2020 No. 310.

 In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on the state of emergency", I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To extend the state of emergency in the entire territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, introduced by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 15, 2020 No. 285 "on the introduction of a state of emergency in the Republic of Kazakhstan", until 00:00 on May 11, 2020.

     2. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with central and local government agencies, shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
