On the establishment of the National Council of Public Trust under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 12, 2019 No. 3.

In accordance with subparagraph 20) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To establish the National Council of Public Trust under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Council).

     2. The Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan within one month:

     1) to hold consultations with leaders of political parties, non-governmental organizations, representatives of the civil sector on the formation of the Council and the procedure for its work;

     2) based on the results of the consultations, submit the composition of the Council and the regulations on the Council for consideration by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
