On the establishment of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 22, 2000 No. 528.

  Pursuant to Article 9 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasy", I hereby decree:

     1. To create the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Elbasy (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation).

     2. Excluded by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 11.10.2011 No. 163.

     3. Establish that:

     1) The Foundation is a non-profit organization pursuing social, charitable, cultural, educational and other socially useful goals.;

     2) the sources of formation of the Fund's financial resources are contributions and receipts that do not contradict the legislation.

     4. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     1) to ensure the state registration of the Foundation before January 1, 2001;

     2) take other measures resulting from this Decree.

     5. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
