On the conclusion of a Loan Agreement (Healthcare Project) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 1999 No. 142

In order to reform the national healthcare system and support the State Program "People's Health"

I decree:      

1. To conclude a Loan Agreement (Healthcare Project) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.      

2. Authorize Krymbek Kusherbayev, Minister of Health, Education and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to conclude a Loan Agreement (Healthcare Project) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.      

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should issue, in accordance with the established procedure, a Certificate of Authority from Krymbek Kusherbayev, Minister of Health, Education and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
