On the assignment of the village of Zatobolsk, Kostanay district, Kostanay region, to the category of cities of regional significance and its renaming

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2020 No. 235.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 "On the Administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I DECREE:

    1. Assign the village of Zatobolsk, Kostanay district, Kostanay region, to the category of cities of regional significance.

    2. Rename the village of Zatobolsk to the city of Tobyl.

    3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
