On the assignment of the settlement of Zhem Mugalzhar district of Aktobe region to the category of cities of regional significance

Considering the petitions of the local representative and executive bodies of the Aktobe region and in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 Z934200_ "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I decree:      

1. Assign the settlement of Zhem Mugalzharsky district to Aktobe

regions belong to the category of cities of regional significance.

    2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
