On the assignment of higher qualification classes to some judges of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 4, 1998 No. 4055

  In accordance with subparagraph 13) of Article 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan K951000_, paragraphs 3.7 of the Regulation on the Qualification classes of Judges of the Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 15, 1997 No. 3677 U973677_, I DECREE: 1. Assign the highest qualification class:

 

Chairman of the Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan

    Sukhanova Nazim Tanatarovna;

judges of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

    Bulovich Valery Nikolaevich;

    Burlyaeva Valentina Viktorovna;

    Komekov Kanat Opabekovich;

    Linnik Anatoly Vasilyevich;

    Yuri Afanasyevich Ponomarenko;

Chairman of the Almaty City Court

    To Serik Katenovich Baybatyrov;

Chairman of the Akmola Regional Court

    To Kasimov Akyltai Akhmedzhanovich;

Chairman of the West Kazakhstan Regional Court

    Ryskaliev Amangeldy Ryskalievich;

to the judge of the Karaganda regional Court

    2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
