On the abolition of the Seletinsky district Court of the Akmola region, the Isataysky district Court of the Aktobe region, the Shui city Court of the Zhambyl region and the Borlitobinsky district Court of the Taldykorgan region

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 1, 1997 N 3435

Due to the abolition of the Seletinsky district of the Akmola region, the Isatai district of the Aktobe region, the Borlitobinsky district of the Taldykorgan region, the assignment of the city of Shu of the Zhambyl region to the category of cities of regional significance and its inclusion in the Shu district of the Zhambyl region

I decree:

1. Abolish:

1) Seletinsky district court of Akmola region;

2) Isatai District Court of Aktobe region;

3) Shui City Court of Zhambyl region;

4) Borlitobinsky district court of Taldykorgan region.

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
