On the abolition of the Novoshulbinsky District Court of the Semipalatinsk region, the Alatau and Moscow district courts of Almaty

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 25, 1997 No. 3362

In connection with the abolition of the Novoshulbinsky district of the Semipalatinsk region, Alatau and Moscow districts of Almaty, I hereby decree:      

1. Abolish:      

1) Novoshulbinsky district Court of Semipalatinsk region;      

2) Alatau and Moscow district courts of Almaty.    

 2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
