I DECREE:

1. To create a republican state institution "Administrator of the Military Court of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan)" (hereinafter referred to as the state institution) within the approved staffing limit of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

2. To establish that the financing of a state institution is carried out at the expense and within the limits of the funds provided in the republican budget for the relevant financial year to the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. Rename the territorial bodies under the jurisdiction of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of Courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan (office of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan) in accordance with the annex to this Decree.

4. Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2023 No. 106.

5. To the Department in accordance with the procedure established by law:

1) ensure the registration and re-registration of state institutions in the judicial authorities;

2) take the necessary measures resulting from this Decree.

6. This Decree will enter into force on January 1, 2016.
