On measures to implement the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2022 "A just State. One nation. A prosperous society"

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 13, 2022 No. 1008

In order to implement the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2022 "A just state. One nation. A prosperous society" I DECREE:

     1. To approve the attached National Action Plan for the implementation of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2022 "A Just State. One nation. A Prosperous Society" (hereinafter referred to as the National Plan).

     2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

     1) to ensure the strict and timely implementation of the measures of the National Plan, as well as systematic information and explanatory work on the provisions of the Address of the Head of State to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 1, 2022 "A just State. One nation. A prosperous society";

     2) to submit to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on the implementation of the National Plan by January 25 of the year following the reporting year.

     3. The first heads of state bodies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, central and local executive bodies, and other state bodies should ensure the strict and timely implementation of the National Plan.

     4. Control over the implementation of this Decree is entrusted to the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.President
