On initialing the draft Agreement on Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2015 No. 991

I DECREE:    

1. To approve the draft Agreement on Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union.    

2. Authorize the Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Economic Integration, Zhanar Seydakhmetovna Aitzhanova, to initialize on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the section "Trade and Entrepreneurship" of the draft Agreement on Expanded Partnership and Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union and its annexes in English, authorizing amendments and additions that are not fundamental.    

3. To authorize Alexey Volkov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to initialize, on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the draft Agreement on Expanded Partnership and Cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the European Union, with the exception of the section "Trade and Entrepreneurship" of the draft Agreement and its annexes, in English, authorizing amendments and additions that are not fundamental..    

4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
