On increasing the size of the statement of claim

Application

A civil case is being considered in your production on the claim of O. A. sh.and I. D. P. on the eviction of the state institution" management of Housing Fund and housing inspection of the akimat of Astana " (hereinafter – the institution).

In accordance with Article 169 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the CPC), the plaintiff has the right to change the basis or subject of the claim, increase or decrease the amount of claims by submitting a written application before the court leaves for a decision, if it is not necessary to carry out additional procedural actions.

Based on the above, guided by Article 169 of the CPC,

From the court:

1. accept an increase in the size of claims;

2.O. A. Sh.with the following family composition: Sh. V.Ya., sh. e.Ya., Sh. A.Ya., Sh. d.ya., sh. e.Ya., Sh. V.Ya.and I. D. P. together with the entire family composition, Astana, A. street, House 10/5, 1 apartment from residential buildings in the state housing stock and residential buildings rented by the local executive body from the private housing stock.
