On determining the authorized body of the Republic of Kazakhstan responsible for the implementation of the Protocol on the Mechanism for providing Military-technical assistance to the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in cases of a threat of aggression or the Commission of an act of aggression

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 15, 2016 No. 178

In accordance with article 4 of the Protocol on the Mechanism for Providing Military-technical Assistance to the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization in Cases of a Threat of Aggression or an Act of aggression Committed on October 6, 2007 (hereinafter referred to as the Protocol), I DECREE: 1. To designate the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan as the authorized body responsible for the implementation of the Protocol. 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the decision taken. 3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
