In accordance with subparagraph 1) of Article 1 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Astana International Financial Center", I HEREBY DECREE:
1. Determine the boundaries of the territory of the Astana International Financial Center in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

BOUNDARIES OF THE TERRITORY of the Astana International Financial Center

1. The boundaries of the territory of the Astana International Financial Center (hereinafter referred to as the AIFC) amount to 1,632 hectares and are designated as follows:
from Saryarka Avenue on the even side of Kenesary Street to Zhenis Avenue, on the odd side of Zhenis Avenue to the embankment of the Yesil River, along the embankment of the Yesil River to Saryarka Avenue, on the odd side of Saryarka Avenue to Kenesary Street;
from K. Mukhamedkhanov Street to Saraishyk Street, on the even side of Saraishyk Street to A street. Ermekova, along A street. Ermekova to Kalampyr Lane, along Kalampyr Lane to Aray Street, along Aray Street to Saraishyk Street, excluding building No. 11/1 on Saraishyk Street;
from Saraishyk Street on the odd side of Turkistan Street to D. Konaev Street, on the even side of D. Konaev Street to Mangilik El Avenue, on the odd side of Mangilik El Avenue to Syganak Street, including parts of buildings No. 8, 10 along Mangilik El Avenue;
from Mangilik El Avenue on the even side of Syganak Street to Alikhan Bokeikhan Street, on the even side of Alikhan Bokeikhan Street to Uly Dala Avenue, along Uly Dala Avenue to Nura-Esil Canal, along Nura-Esil Canal to E496 Street (project name), along E496 Street (project name) to Mangilik El Avenue, along Mangilik El Avenue to Kabanbai Batyr Avenue, along the odd side of Kabanbai Batyr Avenue to M-1 Street (project name), along M-1 Street (project name) to M-5 Street (project name), along M-5 Street (project name) to 7 Local Street (project name), along 7 Local Street (project name) to Kabanbai Batyr Avenue;
from Kabanbai Batyr Avenue along Mangilik El Avenue to Hussein bin Talala Street, along Hussein bin Talala Street to E152 Street (project name), along E152 Street (project name) to T. Ryskulov Street, on the odd side of T. Ryskulov Street to E150 Street (project name), along E150 Street (project name) to Hussein bin Talala Street, along Hussein bin Talala Street to Sauran Street, along Sauran Street to T. Ryskulova Street, along T. Ryskulova to Kabanbai Batyr Avenue, on the even side of Kabanbai Batyr Avenue to Uly Dala Avenue, on the odd side of Uly Dala Avenue to Turan Avenue, on the even side of Turan Avenue to Kerey Street, Zhanbek Khandar, including the multifunctional ice palace, on the even side of Turan Avenue to Saraishyk Street, excluding the territories of joint-stock companies "National Scientific Center of Oncology and Transplantology, National Medical Holding (National Scientific Center of Motherhood and Childhood, Republican Children's Rehabilitation Center, Republican Diagnostic Center), "National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center" and "National Center of Neurosurgery";
from Turan Avenue on the odd side of Syganak Street to E102 Street (project name), along E102 Street (project name) to E67 Street (project name) with continuation to E36 Street (project name), from E36 Street (project name) to Syganak Street, on the odd side of Syganak Street to E305 Street (project name), along E305 Street (project name) to K. Mukhamedkhanov Street.
2. The section of the AIFC territory located in the "Yesil" area of Astana city along the inner circumference of No. 28/1 Street (project name), along Akmeshit Street to Turkistan Street, along Turkistan Street to No. 28/1 Street (project name), with a total area of 25 hectares, is determined for the purpose of applying paragraph 8 of Article 6 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from December 7, 2015 "About the Astana International Financial Center".
