On changes in the composition of the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 18, 2000 No. 363

I decree:

   1. To become a member of the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

dated April 22, 1997 N 3470 U973470_

"On the Human Rights Commission under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1997,  

No. 16, article 128):

   Abuseitova - Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs

   Kairat Khuatovich of the Republic of Kazakhstan

   Barakhov, a member of the Senate of the Parliament

   Sailaukul Zhapbarovna of the Republic of Kazakhstan (by agreement)

   Boldin, dean of the churches of Astana

   Sergey Anatolyevich of the district (by agreement)

   (Hieromonk Agafangel)

   Kaldygulov - Deputy of the Mazhilis of Parliament

   Saniya Musaevna of the Republic of Kazakhstan (by agreement)

   Oraza is the imam of the mosque of Astana city

   Serika (by agreement)

   Radostovets - Minister of Labor and Social Protection

   Nikolai Vladimirovich of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan

   Tarakova - First Deputy Editor-in-Chief

   Alexander Yurievich of Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper

   Tasmagambetov - Chairman of the Judicial Military Board

   Sagitzhan Dosumovich         The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Remove Jarbusynova M.B., Zhumabaev E.Zh., Kozlov A.F., Korzhova N.A., Ramazanov A.M., Seitzhanova N.S., Silkina T.E., Khasanov B.Kh. from this Commission.    

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
