On awarding the 2020 Al-Farabi State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 3, 2020 No. 460

Consideration of the decision of the Commission on awarding the Al-Farabi State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology, I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To award the 2020 Al-Farabi State Prize of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science and technology:

     1) for his work on the topic "Development of heat-resistant alloys and new generation technologies for the production and processing of parts based on them":

     Aristotle Zeynullinovich Isagulov, Executive Director of the Karaganda Technical University Non-profit Joint Stock Company, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences;

     Zhetesova Gulnara Santayevna -First Vice-rector of the non-profit joint-stock company Karaganda Technical University, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences;

     Marat Kenesovich Ibatov, Acting Chairman of the Board, Rector of the Karaganda Technical University Non-profit Joint Stock Company, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Kazakhstan National Academy of Natural Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Engineering of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     Kwon Svetlana Sergeevna-Professor of the Department of Nanotechnology and Metallurgy of the Non-profit Joint-stock Company Karaganda Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor;

     Vitaly Yurievich Kulikov, Acting Head of the Department of Nanotechnology and Metallurgy at the Karaganda Technical University Non-Profit Joint Stock Company, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Professor;

     Suleimenov Tuleut Skakovich, a leading researcher at the engineering testing laboratory "Integrated Development of Resources and Mineral Raw Materials" of the non-profit joint-stock Company Karaganda Technical University, Doctor of Political Sciences;

     2) for his work on the topic "Development and implementation of innovative cellular technologies in clinical medicine":

     Baigenzhin Abai Kabataevich, Chairman of the Board of the National Scientific Medical Center Joint Stock Company, Candidate of Medical Sciences;

     Askarov Manarbek Bapovich, Head of the Center for Cell Technologies and Transplantation of the National Scientific Medical Center Joint Stock Company, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor;

     Zhanturganov Maksat Askerovich, Executive Director of the National Scientific Medical Center Joint Stock Company, Candidate of Medical Sciences;

     Kadyrova Englik Abdykarimovna - First Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Scientific Medical Center Joint Stock Company, Candidate of Medical Sciences;

     Temirlan Karibekov, Deputy Chairman of the Board for Medical Activities and Science of the National Scientific Medical Center Joint-Stock Company, Doctor of Medical Sciences;

     Bulat Kupenov, Executive Director of the National Scientific Medical Center Joint Stock Company, Candidate of Medical Sciences;

     Saparbaev Samat Sagatovich, Vice-rector for Strategic Development, Science and International Cooperation of the Non-profit Joint-stock Company Marat Ospanov West Kazakhstan Medical University, Candidate of Medical Sciences;

     3) for a series of papers on the topic "towards the theory of nonlocal differential operators":

     Sadybekov Mahmud Abdysametovich -General Director of the Republican State Enterprise "Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling" of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor;

     Suragan Durvudhan is the chief researcher of the Republican State Enterprise "Institute of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling" of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Associate Professor.

     2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its first official publication.
