On awarding higher qualification classes to some judges of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

In accordance with subparagraph 13) of Article 44 K951000_ of the Constitution

Of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Regulation on the qualification classes of judges of the Courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

dated October 15, 1997, No. 3677, I decree:

  1. Assign the highest qualification class to a judge:

  Karpenko Valentina Dmitrievna - judge of the Aktobe Regional Court

  Kydyrbaev Kuanyshbai, Chairman of the Judicial Board for

economic affairs of the Almaty Regional Court

  Tokhmetov Bulat Tokhmetovich, judge of the Almaty City Court.

  2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
