On approval of the Register of Positions of Political and Administrative Civil Servants
Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 29, 2015 No. 150.
In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Civil Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:
The footnote. The preamble is in the wording of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 03.01.2024 No. 429 (effective after the day of its first official publication).
1. To approve the attached Register of Positions of Political and Administrative Civil Servants.
2. To grant the right to state bodies to apply special additional names to the names of positions indicated in the Register of Positions of Political and Administrative Civil Servants, characterizing the specifics of their activities.
3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and state bodies, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall take the necessary measures arising from this Decree.
4. To invalidate certain decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the annex to this Decree.
5. This Decree comes into force on January 1, 2016 and is subject to official publication.
