of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law No. 2679 dated December 12, 1995

 "On the procedure for concluding, executing and denouncing international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan" I decree:

    1. To approve the Agreement on the basic principles of cooperation with the Interfax news Agency, signed by the Republic of Kazakhstan

November 22, 1996.

    2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
