On amendments to the Regulations on the Lisakovskaya Special Economic Zone

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 24, 1997 No. 3360

In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 16 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which has the force of Law, "On special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree:

     1. Paragraph 16 of the Regulations on the Lisakovskaya special Economic Zone, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 23, 1996 No. 3094 "On the Lisakovskaya Special Economic Zone", should be worded as follows:

     "16. When importing foreign and Kazakhstani goods into the territory of the Lisakovskaya FEZ, customs duties and taxes are not levied and economic policy measures are not applied."

     2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
