Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 29, 2000 No. 368
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 1993 Z939000_ "On Universal military duty and military service"
I decree:
1. To dismiss conscripts from the ranks of the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the reserve in April-June 2000, who have served the prescribed period of military service.
2. To conscript for military service in the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in April-June 2000, male citizens who turned 18 on the day of conscription, who are not eligible for exemption or deferral from conscription, as well as citizens who have lost the right to deferral from conscription.
3. Akims of regions, Astana and Almaty cities, together with local representative and executive bodies, in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, organize and ensure the conscription of citizens for military service in April-June 2000 through the relevant military commissariats.
4. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee, the Republican Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the akims of the regions, the cities of Astana and Almaty, organize financial and material support for the conscription of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan for military service, their dispatch to the Armed Forces, other troops and military formations for military service and the dismissal of military personnel who have served the established terms of military service military service.
5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
