On approval of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the general principles of formation of the securities market

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 19, 1999 No. 174

 In order to further deepen economic integration, develop the securities market and mutually beneficial cooperation between the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan

I decree:      

1. To approve the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan on the general principles of the securities market formation.      

2. To establish that the state bodies authorized to carry out interaction between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the countries participating in the Agreement are the Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

3. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
