On the authorized capital, reserve fund of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the use of its net income for 1997

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1997 N 3810

 In order to form the statutory size of the authorized capital of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 11, 1997 Z970154_ "On Amendments and Additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on banking"

I decree:      

1. At the expense of the disbanded industrial and social development Fund of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of January 1, 1997, to send:      

1) to the authorized capital of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 5,229,243,162.42 tenge (five billion two hundred and twenty-nine million two hundred and forty-three thousand one hundred and sixty-two tenge forty-two tiyn);      

2) to the reserve fund of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the amount of 2,013,339,650.81 tenge (two billion thirteen million three hundred thirty-nine thousand six hundred fifty tenge eighty-one tiyn).      

2. To make the following amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 28, 1997 No. 3340 "On the use of profits of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 1997":      

1) in the title of the Decree, replace the word "profit" with the words "pure

income";

    2) Paragraph 1 should be worded as follows:

    "1. At the suggestion of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic

Kazakhstan expected based on the results of the National Bank's activities

In 1997, the net income of the Republic of Kazakhstan should be allocated to income

the republican budget".

    3. This Decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
