On the formation of specialized investigative courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and some personnel issues of the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 10, 2018 No. 620

  In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 82 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 3 of Article 3, paragraph 1 of Article 6, paragraphs 2, 8 of Article 31, subparagraph 2) I HEREBY DECREE paragraph 3 of Article 34 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2000 "On the Judicial System and the Status of Judges of the Republic of Kazakhstan":

     1. To form:

     1) specialized investigative courts:

     cities of Kokshetau, Akmola region;

     cities of Aktobe, Aktobe region;

     cities of Taldykorgan, Almaty region;

     Atyrau cities of Atyrau region;

     cities of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region;

     cities of Taraz, Zhambyl region;

     cities of Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region;

     cities of Karaganda, Karaganda region;

     cities of Kostanay, Kostanay region;

     cities of Kyzyl orda, Kyzylorda region;

     cities of Aktau, Mangystau region;

     cities of Pavlodar, Pavlodar region;

     the cities of Petropavlovsk in the North Kazakhstan region;

     Shymkent city, South Kazakhstan region;

     2) specialized inter-district investigative courts of Astana and Almaty.

     2. To appoint certain judges of the courts in accordance with the annex to this Decree.

     3. The Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall take measures arising from this Decree.

     4. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

Venera Turganbayevnus Makhabaev was dismissed from the post of judge of the Karazhal city Court of the same region;

Zhezkazgan City Court

Serika Tulegenovich Sakenova has been dismissed from the post of judge of the Aktogay District Court of the same region;

District court No. 2 of Kazybekbi district of Karaganda city

Mukhambetkaliev Mayra Maratovnus was dismissed from the post of judge of the Karkaralinsky district Court of the same region;

specialized Administrative Court of the city of Kostanay

Aliya Gazizovnus Tuganbaev was dismissed from the post of judge of the Altynsarinsky district Court of the same region;

District Court No. 2 of Ayyrtau district

Sagdat Saparovnus Seitov was dismissed from the post of judge of the Tayynshinsky district Court of the same region;

Courts No. 2 of the city of Petropavlovsk

Rita Jacksembievnus Orazymbetova was dismissed from the post of judge of the Gabit Musrepov District Court of the same region;

Ordabasinsky District Court

Zhanar Kaipbekovich Kenzhebaev was relieved of the post of judge of the specialized administrative court of the Saryagash district of the same region.
