About changes in the administrative-territorial structure of Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 8, 1999 No. 114.

In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 8, 1993 Z934200_ "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree:

     1. Change the borders of the Akmola region to include the territory of

     Enbekshildersky, Zerendinsky, Shchuchinsky districts and the city of Kokshetau

     North Kazakhstan region.

     2. Transfer the administrative center of Akmola region from the city

     From Astana to the city of Kokshetau.

     3. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan should take the necessary measures to

     implementation of this Decree.

     4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
