Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 27, 2015 No. 118

I DECREE: 1. To approve the attached draft Protocol on the accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014.      2. To authorize the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Sagintayev Bakhytzhan Abdirovich to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014, allowing amendments and additions that are not fundamental.      3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.

Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014

     The member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, guided by the provisions of paragraph four of Article 1 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on October 10, 2014, have agreed as follows:

Article 1

     By this Protocol, the Republic of Armenia accedes to Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014.

Article 2

     This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notification on the completion by the Member States of the internal procedures necessary for the entry into force of this Protocol, but not earlier than the date of entry into force. Agreement on Common Principles and Rules for the Circulation of Medicines within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union dated December 23, 2014.

     Committed in the city _____________ ___ ______________ 2015 year in one original copy in Russian.

     The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each Member State.
