Between the LLP "C.kz " and Sh.E. Viktorovich and IIN . East Kazakhstan region, Ulan district, Asubulak settlement, Ak-Kezen str., 8., and G.A.Stanislavovich IIN. Ust-Kamenagorsk, E.P. Slavsky Embankment, 46, block 65., a contract for the performance of paid work was concluded No.BT-567-GPH-3 dated 04/16/2024 and No.BT-567-GPH-4 dated 04/19/2024, where the main subject of the contract is the performance of work by Sha. E., and G. A., in full and strict accordance with the list according to the Annexes to the agreement.
In accordance with the terms of the agreement, S. E. and G.A. received advance payments.
Due to your failure to fulfill your obligations properly, the Customer has repeatedly sent notifications of the elimination of the remark.
Thus, Sh.E., and G. A., the work under the Contract was supposed to be completed by May 29, 2024, however, Sh. E., and G. A., the work was not completed. Moreover, Sh.E., and G. A., do not enter the facility ignoring the legitimate requirements of the Customer.
The sent pre-trial claims and having phone numbers have not yielded results, as the phones are disconnected and the sent emails are returned because they do not live at the address.
In accordance with subparagraph 2), 3), 6) of paragraph 3, Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Advocacy and Legal Assistance", in order to provide qualified legal assistance and on the grounds of Notification No. 1406/24 dated June 14, 2024, I request that you provide information (information):
· phone numbers of Sh. E.V. and G.A.Stanislavovich;
· the address of the residence and temporary residence of S.E.Viktorovich and G.A.Stanislavovich.
