The security guard

   This instruction is based on the Order of the Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2020 No. 553. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 31, 2020 No. 22003. On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees in accordance with the requirements of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 23, 2015 No. 414-V SAM., and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract.

 

 Job responsibilities:

      ensures the protection of the organization and access to the facility in accordance with the procedure approved by the management of the organization for passes of the established pattern or identity cards, paying attention to the authenticity of documents and compliance with the requirements;

      allows unauthorized persons to enter the territory only with the permission of managers and other officials who are authorized to allow entry into the territory accompanied by employees of the organization.;

      Visitors are allowed to enter particularly important (high-security) facilities according to the list approved by the heads of the organization.;

      during non-working hours, weekends and holidays, restricts employees' access to office premises, following special lists.;

     notifies the heads of the organization about cases of regime violations.;

     it does not allow the removal of property and material valuables without the permission of managers;

      detains violators, conducts an inspection of vehicles leaving and entering the protected area, paying attention to the conformity of goods with documents for the right to export (import) goods and other tangible assets and the correctness of paperwork, follows the work schedule established by the management of the organization and requires its execution from employees;

      In cases of an attack, it takes measures to defend itself and detain the attackers.;

     Takes measures to detain criminals (persons who have committed acts related to criminal encroachment on goods and other material assets or who have committed other offenses) and transfers them to law enforcement agencies and notifies management and law enforcement agencies of the incidents.;

      provides security at the scene of the incident until the arrival of law enforcement officers, calls for medical assistance and provides all possible medical assistance to victims of criminals or accidents until the arrival of medical workers.;

      If a fire occurs, call the fire department and take measures to extinguish the fire.

      Must know:

     legislative and other regulatory legal acts, regulations, instructions and other guidance materials and documents regulating the access regime in the organization;

      the structure of the organization and the mode of operation of its divisions;

      the procedure for issuing passes and other access documents;

      fundamentals of labor organization;

     labor legislation, internal labor regulations, occupational safety and health, industrial sanitation, fire safety requirements.

     Qualification requirements:

     technical and vocational, post-secondary (secondary specialized, secondary vocational) education in the relevant specialty (qualification) and practical work experience in law enforcement agencies or general secondary education, military service and mandatory special training course, as well as practical work experience of at least 1 year.
