complaint about a gross violation of the law during the pre-trial investigation

In Almaty, a pre-trial investigation was conducted into the creation and management of the Chia Tai Tianging financial pyramid scheme against S.L.K.

During the review of the materials of the above-mentioned criminal case, it was established that the staff of the SOG DEHR in the city of Almaty, while collecting evidence in the case, grossly violated the current criminal procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including not disdaining to openly falsify the materials of the pre-trial investigation.

The illegal actions of the employees of the SOG DER in the city of Almaty were expressed in the following:

Interrogation of the victim A.A.M. – there is no translation into Kazakh;

Interrogation of the victim A.D.Mirovich – there is no full name of the official in the protocol of interrogation of the victim;

Interrogation of the victim D.A.Boztaylakovna – there is no signature of the victim and the person who interviewed her in the interrogation protocol;

B.Elnazar's claim – the amount of the civil claim is not specified, while it is recognized as a civil plaintiff;

The claim of Baz. U.Muratkyzy is the amount of a civil claim of 0 tenge, while it is recognized as a civil plaintiff;

Victim K.K.Akhmetbekovna – there is no translation of the answers into Russian in the interrogation protocol, there is no data of the person who carried out the translation;

Victim T.B.Ermekbayuly – there is no translation of the answers of the interrogation protocol into Russian, there is no data of the person who carried out the translation;

The victim, K. S. Yesenbolovna, there is no translation of the answers of the interrogation protocol into Russian, there is no data of the person who carried out the translation;

Victim W –there is no translation of the interrogation protocol responses into Russian, there is no data of the person who performed the translation;

Based on the above, we ask:

- recognize the pre-trial investigation in criminal case No. 237500121000071 as illegal and terminate the criminal prosecution of S.L.K..
