Commentary to article 47. Transfer act and separation balance Sheet of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan  

A transfer deed is one or more documents that formalize the transfer of property and related rights and obligations to the legal successor(s) during the merger, merger and transformation of legal entities. The form of the transfer act for state-owned enterprises and institutions is approved by the authorized bodies of the state, and for other legal entities - by their owners, and must necessarily include information about to whom and what rights and obligations are transferred, including the duties disputed by the reorganized legal entity.

A separation balance sheet is an accounting document that forms out the division of rights and obligations of a reorganized legal entity during division and separation. Its content must necessarily indicate to whom and what rights and obligations are transferred, reflecting the disputed obligations of the reorganized legal entity.
