1. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) ensuring the rights of citizens to rest and freedom of movement in the field of tourism activities;

2) Environmental protection;

3) creating conditions for activities aimed at educating, educating and improving the health of tourists;

4) development of the tourism industry that meets the needs of citizens when traveling, including those aimed at ensuring equal (barrier-free) access to tourism infrastructure for all tourists, including people with disabilities and people with limited mobility (inclusive tourism);

5) creation of new jobs, increase in income of the state and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the development of the tourism industry;

6) development of international tourist contacts;

7) the formation of tourism as a highly profitable branch of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

8) consideration of state interests, protection of the natural and historical and cultural heritage of the Republic of Kazakhstan when using tourist resources;

9) creation of favorable conditions for investment in the tourism industry.

2. The main objectives of this Law are:

1) support and development of domestic and inbound tourism;

2) creation of an effective system of tourism activities to meet the needs of domestic and international tourism;

3) the introduction of preferential conditions for the organization of tourist and sightseeing work among children, adolescents, youth, people with disabilities and low-income segments of the population;

4) promoting the creation of new jobs and employment of the population;

5) participation of persons engaged in tourism activities and their associations in international tourism programs;

6) promotion of a tourist product in the domestic and global tourism markets;

7) ensuring the rational and effective use, accounting and protection of the country's tourism resources

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 13, 2001 No. 211.

This Law defines the legal, economic, social, and organizational foundations of tourism activity as one of the sectors of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
