Article 9. Terms of state registration (re-registration) of legal entities, registration (re-registration) of branches (representative offices), registration of amendments and additions to the constituent documents of legal entities, branches (representative offices) and issuance of documents of the Law on State Registration of Legal Entities and Registration of Branches and Representative Offices

     The state registration of legal entities belonging to private business entities and the registration of their branches (representative offices), with the exception of joint-stock companies and their branches (representative offices), are carried out within one business day from the date of submitting an electronic application.

     State re-registration of legal entities belonging to private business entities, accounting re-registration of their branches (representative offices), with the exception of joint-stock companies, their branches (representative offices), are carried out within one business day from the date of submission of the application.

     State registration of commercial legal entities and registration of their branches (representative offices) with the participation of foreign persons who do not have identification numbers in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On National Registers of Identification Numbers" are carried out no later than one business day following the day of application submission.

     State registration (re-registration), registration of amendments and additions to the constituent documents of legal entities that are not private business entities, as well as joint-stock companies operating on the basis of a non-standard charter, with the exception of political parties, registration (re-registration) of their branches (representative offices), as well as branches (representative offices) of foreign non-profit organizations must be made no later than five working days, following the day of submission of the application with the necessary documents attached.

     For legal entities that are not private business entities, as well as joint-stock companies operating on the basis of a non-standard charter, with the exception of political parties and their branches (representative offices), the issuance of a certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, a certificate of registration (re-registration) of a branch (representative office), as well as the return of the charter (regulations) are made no later than five working days from the date of submission of the application with the necessary documents attached.

     The state registration (re-registration) of political parties and the registration (re-registration) of their branches (representative offices) must be carried out no later than one month from the date of submission of the application with the necessary documents attached.

     In cases of submission of an incomplete package of documents, the presence of deficiencies in them, the need to obtain an expert opinion on the constituent documents, as well as on other grounds provided for by legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the deadline for state (accounting) registration (re-registration), registration of termination of legal entities, de-registration of branches (representative offices), registration of amendments and additions to the constituent documents of a legal entity that is not a private business entity, as well as the joint-stock company, the regulations on their branches (representative offices) are suspended until the identified deficiencies are eliminated or an appropriate expert opinion is obtained.
