1. Employees who have committed illegal acts during operational search activities are responsible in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. The damage caused by the actions of the bodies engaged in operational investigative activities is compensated by them in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This Law defines the content of operational investigative activities carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its conduct.
