1. Monitoring of the effectiveness of the management of state-owned facilities is carried out in relation to:

1) state-owned enterprises and institutions;

2) all types of state-owned property, including those in trust management and lease.

2. The effectiveness of the management of private property is monitored in relation to enterprises in sectors of the economy that are of strategic importance.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 4, 2003 No. 490.

This Law regulates public relations arising in the process of state monitoring of property in sectors of the economy of strategic importance, and also defines the grounds and conditions for its implementation.
