The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 25, 1993, the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan decides:

Article 9. In order to reduce the 1993 budget deficit, allow the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to extend the term of the 1992 State Domestic Loan of the Republic of Kazakhstan, while simultaneously increasing it by 10,000,000 thousand rubles, according to Appendix No. 2. The Cabinet of Ministers, together with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to review the terms of the loan.  To authorize the Ministry of Finance, together with the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to sell short-term government securities (treasury bills) on an auction basis in the amount of 5,000,000 thousand rubles, having concluded an appropriate agreement with it on the placement and servicing of the issuance of short-term government securities (treasury bills).
