The footnote. The title of section 2 was amended by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 2004 No. 13.  

      Individual housing construction is financed from the developer's own funds, and can also be carried out through loans from banks, financial assistance from enterprises and organizations, and other sources not prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 3, 1994 No. 213.

The purpose of this Law is to create a legal framework for regulating relations between the state, local executive bodies and citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who act as developers (owners) of individual residential buildings in order to implement the constitutional right to housing.
