Structural subdivisions (branches and representative offices) of international and foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations may be established and operate on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Structural divisions (branches and representative offices) of international and foreign non-profit non-governmental associations are guided by the charters of the latter, if they do not contradict the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The right to freedom of association is one of the most important and constitutional human and civil rights, the realization of which meets the interests of society and is protected by the State.
