1. Grain, recognized as unsuitable for its intended use based on the results of laboratory testing, is subject to examination for its further use (disposal) or destruction in accordance with the procedure established by technical regulations.

2. Grain for the period necessary for conducting an expert examination and making a decision on the possibility of its use (disposal) or destruction shall be stored in separate rooms with an indication of the batch volume and compliance with conditions that exclude access to grain.

3. Expenses related to transportation, storage, examination, use (disposal) or destruction of grain unsuitable for its intended use shall be paid by its owner.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
