In order to prevent actions that mislead consumers about the safety and quality of grain, grain market participants are required to provide buyers and (or) consumers with complete and reliable information about the safety and quality of grain.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 19, 2001 No. 143.

This Law regulates relations arising in the process of grain production, storage and sale in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
