Article 9-1. Types of fingerprint and genomic registration About fingerprint and genomic registration

     In accordance with this Law, voluntary or mandatory fingerprint and genomic registration is carried out.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2016 No. 40-VI SAM.

     This Law regulates public relations in the field of fingerprint and genomic registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
