They are not objects of copyright:

1) official documents (laws, court decisions, other texts of a legislative, administrative, judicial and diplomatic nature), as well as their official translations;

2) state symbols and signs (flags, coats of arms, orders, banknotes and other state symbols and signs);

3) works of folk art;

4) messages about events and facts of an informational nature.
