Article 8. Establishment of the Law On Non-Profit Organizations
1. An institution is an organization established and funded by its founder to perform managerial, socio-cultural or other non-commercial functions.
The rights of an institution to the property assigned to it are determined in accordance with civil legislation.
2. Depending on the form of ownership, institutions are divided into public and private.
3. The specifics of the legal status of certain types of institutions are regulated by legislative acts.
