The list of restrictions on a supervised person may be reduced or supplemented by a judge upon a reasoned recommendation from the internal affairs body, taking into account his lifestyle and behavior, but within the limits of the restrictions provided for in Article 7 of this Law.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
