Article 723. The deadline for satisfying the claim for early repayment of the loan item of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Article 723. The deadline for satisfying the claim for early repayment of the loan item of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan

     If the lender submits a claim for early repayment of the loan item on the grounds provided for in paragraph 3 of Article 720, paragraph 2 of Article 721, paragraphs 3 and 4 of Article 722, the new deadline for repayment of the loan item and payment of remuneration on it is calculated according to the rule established by paragraph 1 of Article 722 of this Code.
