Article 7. Restrictions applied to persons under administrative supervision of the Law on Administrative Supervision of Persons Released from Places of Deprivation of Liberty
The following restrictions in the form of a ban may be applied in full or separately to persons under administrative supervision, depending on their lifestyle, behavior in the family and place of residence, and other circumstances characterizing the personality of the supervised person.:
a) leave the dwelling at a time determined by the internal affairs bodies;
b) stay in places designated by the internal affairs bodies of the district (city);
c) travel outside the district (city) without the permission of the internal affairs bodies exercising supervision;
d) to search for, visit, conduct telephone conversations and otherwise communicate with minors without the consent of their parents or legal representatives;
e) to consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances.

This Law defines the content of administrative supervision of persons released from places of deprivation of liberty carried out on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishes a system of legal guarantees of legality in its application.
