Residence of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan outside the Republic of Kazakhstan does not entail termination of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The marriage of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a person who is not a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the dissolution of such a marriage, do not entail a change in the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 20, 1991 1017-XII. This Law regulates the issues of citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
