Article 7. Payment of benefits of the Law on the State Special Allowance to Persons who worked in underground and open-pit mining, in work with particularly harmful and particularly difficult working conditions or in work with harmful and difficult working conditions

Benefits are paid for the current month through the State Corporation to the recipients' bank accounts. In case of death of the recipient of the benefit, the benefit is paid for the month of death inclusive.

In case of death of the recipient of the benefit, family members or the person who carried out the burial are paid a one-time burial payment in the amount of 35 monthly calculation indices.

The allowance is paid in accordance with the procedure established by the central executive body.

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 13, 1999 No. 414.

This Law is aimed at the social protection of citizens who, as of January 1, 1998, had the experience established by this Law in underground and open-pit mining, in work with particularly harmful and particularly difficult working conditions, or in work with harmful and difficult working conditions.
